We can be faithful to a cause; to something we hold as true or to someone we hold dear and want to be true to.  We might be a person of strong, full of faith convictions.  What we really believe strongly is what we live out.  Jesus teaches this. “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.”  Matthew 12:34.   “You will know them by their fruits.” Matthew 7:16.  In Matthew 24:45, he asks, “Who then is a faithful and wise servant?” and continues explaining it is the one who is doing the masters will.  In Matthew 22:37, he tells us the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.” If we really love and are faithful, then our actions correspond, right?”  We cannot really separate what we truly believe from what we actually do, if we are going to be faithful.
