Hidden in the Cleft of the Rock – Psalm 23

Stay on and in the Rock Yeshua Jesus.  I recommend everyone memorize Psalm 23.  It has helped and continues to help me many times when troubles, anxieties, and fear come upon me.  He never leaves or forsakes us, even in tribulation and trouble.  He helps us overcome through them.  Trust Him.  Lean on, depend on, rely on, and believe in Him.

Psalm 23:

“The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

If you would like a much better understanding of Psalm 23, I recommend you read the small book “A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23” by Phillip Keller.  He had the occupation of being a shepherd and explains what makes a good or bad shepherd. You can order it at www.christianbook.com  and search “Psalm 23”.  It is currently on sale for $1.99.

The Lord Yeshua Jesus is my Good Shepherd and He takes care of His sheep.

Blessings (Matthew 5)
