What Should We Do Then?

How can we sort out this worldview mixture mess?  What should we do then?  You may be beginning to wake up to the deception and blindness that has been “sneaking” into the American culture and the church.  Satan is clever and has used “Christian” sounding words with a twist…they become counterfeit and deceptive.  The antichrist worldview has infiltrated the church using words found in the Bible!  Remember, that is the same way Satan tempted Eve.  He also tempted Yeshua Jesus in the wilderness by quoting God’s Word.  He is evil and sinister, but comes as an angel of light (enlightening, inspiring, warm, mysterious, euphoric).

1 John 4:1, “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

Do you see any danger in trying to have close fellowship with people of different worldviews?  I am not talking about being friendly or treating everyone to bless them.  I am talking about close companionship and frequent fellowship.  Relationships come in degrees of intimacy with marriage being the most intimate. Recall in God’s Word where he instructed the Israelites and Christians to NOT intermarry with people of other cultures and worldviews, especially pagan nations.

2 Corinthians 6:14-18, “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

“I will dwell in them
And walk among them,
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”

“Come out from among them
And be separate, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean,
And I will receive you.”
“I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the Lord Almighty.”

Do you now see any danger in trying to have close fellowship with people of different worldviews, non Christian worldviews?  God’s Word instructs us to not be unequally yoked with people of other worldviews.  Who are we fellowshipping with frequently and intimately?

Do you see how America got to where it is today?  We intermarried.  We decided that fellowship with everyone regardless of morality, standards, or beliefs is correct truth.  We exchanged the truth for a good sounding counterfeit lie in the name of “love”.

Yes, true love is always inclusive of everyone.  True love always expresses itself in truth of what is best for the person being loved.  In the case of the unbeliever or believer who has an antichrist worldview (expressed in thought or deed), true love leads that person to Yeshua Jesus as Savior and Lord through repentance and conversion, and into obedience to His Word.  If that person refuses the true message, we are to leave the intimacy of that relationship…. in love and pray for them.  We can continue to “love” them as Yeshua Jesus loves sinners toward repentance, but we cannot truly have the close, intimate, loving fellowship reserved for our brethren in Christ.  Even if you find yourself married to an unbelieving or backsliding spouse, you still love them; but, you hold fast to your Christian faith standards…and you will find that there are some things you can no longer “share” with them as you could if they were also believers.

So what should we do then?  What is the right and true solution?  Yeshua Jesus died for all people of all nations and all tribes. We love them all.  But, we stand fast and firm in our faith.  We preach it and teach it. We “speak the truth in love”.  If they reject or persecute us, we wipe the dust from our feet and walk away without offense or bitterness, in love.  God honors their free choice and so must we.

We continue to grow in knowing Him, His will, His truth, His Word, His way…and teaching it to others.  We repent when we find error and change for the good.  We encourage and exhort others to do the same…to be followers of Yeshau Jesus and His Christian worldview as written in His Word.   Do you know the scriptural answers to the issues of today?  Do you have knowledge of the Christian worldview that you might not be deceived, corrupted, and infiltrated? Do you know how to answer faithfully concerning what you believe and why?  What does God think and say and do?  Are you following Him or following the good sounding crowd?
