Revelation 11: 7-19 Things Move Quickly To Judgement

Revelation 11: 7-19 Things move quickly to judgement. After all these opportunities of grace to repent and turn away from evil and come to Yeshua Jesus as Savior and Lord, it is time for judgement.

Satan has waged war against the 2 witnesses and killed them. The unbelievers rejoice because they saw the prophets as troubling and tormenting with guilt, conviction, and judgement. Verse 8 tells us their dead bodies lay exposed on the streets of Jerusalem (where Jesus was crucified), which has spiritually become extremely wicked like Sodom and Gomorrah.

In 3 1/2 days, they come alive and hear a voice from heaven saying “Come up here!” (Remember that Yeshua Jesus earthly ministry was 3 1/2 years, the prophets preached for 3 1/2 years, the atheists ruled for 3 1/2 years.) Their enemies watch in terror as they ascend to heaven in a cloud. At that very same hour, there is a great earthquake killing 7000 people and destroying 1/10 of the city. Could this be the same event as the catching away (rapture) of the church to meet Yeshua Jesus in the clouds? It is a surprise to people like a thief in the night, the dead are raised first, the cloud, the earthquake, and the last trumpet?

The 7th trumpet sounds announcing final judgement. “The kingdom (dominion, rule) of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever.” Revelation 11:16. The elders praise God saying He has taken the sovereignty over earth which is rightly His, and the time has come to judge the dead who rejected Him and His Life, and to reward His people who follow Him.
And the heavenly temple is opened revealing the Ark of the Covenant resulting in great lightenings, thunders, earthquake, and hailstorms! The Judge of all is sitting on His seat of mercy and judgement. The Day of Atonement ahs come! It is the prophesied Day of the Lord!

“So we have the prophetic word made more certain. You do well to pay close attention to it as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and light breaks through the gloom and the morning star arises in your hearts.” 2 Peter 1: 19
